Gino Signore, Chef and owner, grew with the passion for preparing and/or making food since his early years. With a great trajectory, Gino decides to open his own restaurant in Cape Canaveral and is now in Merritt Island.

Named after his wife, Marina Wine Bar & Deli Cafe, came as a small, full-service restaurant, serving authentic Italian food, beer/wine and amazing desserts. Our Italian menu is all homemade and served to order fresh daily by our small team.

Our patrons love our Shrimp and Crab Ravioli with its creamy sauce and truffles. Others brag about the Pollo Parmigiana. The Gnocchi Alla Bolognese is also very popular.
